By entering this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

1. Sponsor
This Giveaway is sponsored by 3 Key Ventures, Inc. d/b/a Networthy ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void in U.S. territories, overseas military installations, and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on June 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 15, 2025 ("Entry Period"). All entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter
Valid entry includes 1) liking the giveaway post, 2) commenting on the giveaway post, and 3) following @getnetworthy on TikTok or Instagram. One (1) bonus entry is available for tagging a friend (a separate account that the entrant is not the owner of).
Limit two (2) entries per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) U.S. domestic airline gift card valued at $250 USD, valid on one of the following airlines of the winner’s choice: Delta, American Airlines, United, or Southwest. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing airline. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 48 hours of the close of the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via direct message to the winning account and must claim the prize within 48 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within the 48-hour window, the prize may be forfeited.

7. Delivery of Prize
The gift card will be delivered electronically via email or through the airline's official platform once the winner confirms their airline preference and provides valid contact details.

8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the selected airline, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. Selected airline is not a sponsor or affiliate of Networthy.

11. Governing Law
This Giveaway and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

12. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
