I didn’t grow up with a trust fund, a financial advisor, or dinner table conversations about investing. I grew up watching money stretch—and sometimes snap. I know what it feels like to stare at a negative bank account. To work multiple jobs. To stretch yourself thin to make ends meet.

I also know what it feels like to finally understand how to make money work for you instead of constantly chasing after it. At 18, I left behind everything I knew in the pursuit of a larger life.

My journey to financial wellness didn’t start in a spreadsheet—it started in survival mode.

I learned quickly that no one was coming to save me—and that financial independence wasn’t optional, it was essential.

Through years of trial, error, late-night money podcasts, and eventually law school and a career in finance, I started to see the system clearly: how it worked, who it worked for, and how most people are left out of the conversation entirely.

So I built my own path.

I started budgeting not to restrict myself, but to reclaim my control. I invested not because I felt confident, but because I was done letting fear keep me out of the game. And I studied everything until I could not only master my own money, but teach others how to do it too.
